The Finance Committee advices the governing body on all matters related to financial policies and management of the finance of the Institute. To examine the audit report of the Institute and present the same to the Governing body for its approval.

The committee shall meet once in a year.

- To help Finance Committee in purchases, audit reports and planning
- To conduct the annual audits
- To supply necessary data for preparing and submitting finance reports
- To help Institutional Development Committee in planning
