The Poster Presentation featured innovative topics such as Microfibre Pollution, Geopolymer Concrete, and Circular Economy Integration, reflecting the students’ awareness and commitment toward sustainable environmental practices. The event was successfully conducted under the able guidance of Mrs. G. Srilatha, Director (Academics), and coordinated by Dr. V. Rajender and Dr. S.P. Lavanya, with the dedicated support of the Chemistry faculty members — Dr. P. Ramya Sudha, Mr. R. Muralidhar Reddy, Mrs. G. Sujatha, Dr. R. Rohini, and Dr. T. Soma Sekhar. Their collective efforts ensured the smooth organization and grand success of the programme.
In conclusion, the Poster Presentation on the theme “Chemistry for Sustainable Environment”, organized by the Department of Humanities and Sciences (Chemistry) on 21 February 2026 at E-Block, Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, proved to be an insightful, interactive, and highly engaging event. The programme received an overwhelming response from both students and faculty members, encouraging active participation, creativity, and scientific thinking among the students. The department looks forward to organizing many more such academic initiatives that provide students with valuable opportunities to showcase their knowledge, innovation, teamwork, and presentation skills as future engineers and responsible global citizens.
