The Department of Humanities & Sciences (H&S) successfully celebrated National Science Day (NSD-2026) on 28th February 2026 with great enthusiasm and active participation from students. The event served as a platform for students to showcase their creativity, innovation, and scientific thinking through a variety of projects and poster presentations.
As part of the celebrations, students presented 50 innovative projects and 15 insightful posters covering diverse scientific themes and contemporary concepts. Nearly 250 students actively participated in the event, demonstrating remarkable enthusiasm and a strong scientific temperament.
The program encouraged students to explore innovative ideas, apply scientific principles, and develop problem-solving skills through practical presentations and discussions. To recognize and appreciate outstanding performances, cash prizes were awarded to the best projects and posters.
The event was a grand success and played a significant role in promoting scientific inquiry, innovation, and collaborative learning among students while inspiring them to pursue creativity and excellence in the field of science and technology.
