Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC) – Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) 5.0 & Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology is conducted offline session on “Lean Start-up & Minimum Viable Product/Business-Mentoring Session” on 02.08.2023 @ 10.00 AM, E Block, 1st Floor, BS Lab by Mrs. K Kavitha, Associate Professor, Dept. of MBA, Innovation Ambassador, Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad.
The event had a whooping number of 40 participants of whom 37 were students and 03 Faculty members. Lean startups were the topic of Mrs. K. Kavitha’s opening remarks. Following that, she went on to define the terms Proof of Concept, Minimum Viable Product, and Minimum Marketable Product. She used the example of a pizza company to illustrate her point. She went into great length on the Business Model Canvas as well. She concluded by responding to questions from the audience after her talk.
