The First year students were provided with guidance to enroll and complete the Free and Open Source Software. It is a self-paced, multilingual course ensuring students to upgrade their technical skills with just a desire for learning. Ms. Prathima from the CSE Department has coordinated the course in which 35 students enrolled for the course in the Basics of C language and 60 students have enrolled for a course in Mathematics. In this course, 31 students appeared for the exam and 28 have cleared it. The training program is scheduled to continue in the second semester also.
