The pre-event of the highly anticipated Entrepreneurship Summit 2023, the Shark Tank Student Competition, took place on 6th July 2023, creating an atmosphere of excitement and innovation. The event commenced at 10:30 AM.
We were honored to have Mr. Suman Kumar Kanjarla, – Director : Manisarthak Bioproducts Pvt Ltd, as the distinguished guest for the event. Mr. Kanjarla, with his extensive knowledge and experience in the entrepreneurial field, added immense value to the competition.
Around 20 teams from various renowned colleges, including Vardhaman College, JB Institute of Engineering and Technology (JBIET), and Srinidhi College etc., participated in the competition. Each team showcased their entrepreneurial prowess and presented their unique business ideas to a panel of esteemed judges. After a rigorous evaluation process, the winners of the competition were announced.
The Yummy Tummy team from VJIT emerged as the champions, impressing the judges with their innovative food-related venture. Their exceptional presentation skills and well-developed business model set them apart.
The runners-up of the competition were the Vhawak team from Vardhaman College. Their business idea demonstrated great potential and garnered praise for its market viability and creativity, in addition, the As Dance Academy team from JBIT received the Best Participation Award, acknowledging their active involvement and enthusiastic participation throughout the competition.
The Shark Tank Student Competition set the stage for an exciting and inspiring Entrepreneurship Summit 2023, and we look forward to witnessing the further exploration of entrepreneurial endeavors and the nurturing of aspiring entrepreneurs during the main event.
