A Roleplay Activity was designed and conducted for the MBA first year students on 1st November 2019. A total of 3 teams were selected and Roles were assigned. The first one representing consumers, the second one representing cab service providers and the third team consists of Judges Bench. The various Consumers Complaints to the Judges Bench and how the Cab drivers respond leading to the final judgment by the Judges was an interesting activity which kept the students very engaged in critically evaluating various aspects of consumer needs, service providers responsibilities and the legal issues in resolving the conflict.
