In another student training activity, MOCK INTERVIEW has been conducted for the posts of FINANCIAL ANALYST & MARKETING ASSOCIATE on 27th July, 2019 conducted by the II yr HR students to II year finance and Marketing specialization students with an objective to enrich the experience of conducting and attending interviews for students from all the three streams. The session was structured in 4 rounds. Written Test, Group Discussion, Technical Round, & HR- Personal Interview Round. A total of 39 students participated in the mock Interview session of them 7 students were shortlisted to final HR round after thorough scrutinizing in first 3 rounds. HR round was taken by VJIT MBA Alumni Ms. T. Anusha , HR RECRUITER, MDMANAGE . The session finalized four students as selected, who were awarded with an offer letter.
