A Guest Lecture on “Prospects for Civil Engineering Graduates” was organized on 29.03.2014 for students of I year. Civil Engineering branch.
Ms. A. Vimala, M.Tech & Senior research scholar in the dept. of Earth Quake & Civil Engineering, IIIT, Hyderabad addressed the students, she gave a very interesting power point presentation on the tremendous growth & achievements of Civil Engineers around the world and impressed up on the students to understand the latest developments in Civil Engineering which will give them a sense of PRIDE AND BELONGING.
In her speech she emphasized that there is Civil engineering in every construction and destruction that is taking place in the world.
Dr. P. Venugopal Reddy, Director and Dr. A. Padmaja, Principal was also present on the occasion. Mr. M. S. Goutham, Asst. Prof. proposed a vote of thanks.
