VJIT has organized an induction program as per the guidelines of AICTE to present a holistic outlook of engineering studies to the young entrants. The aim is to help the students entering right from the start to acclimatize to the new institutional policies, processes, practices, culture & values and also to inculcate desire in the students to work for personal, societal, national needs and beyond. It was a five-day program from 23rd to 27th November 2020. The college has designed a multi-pronged approach, a blend of fun and learning to enable the students to create bonding among their peers and with their respective faculty. The following is a list of speakers who were invited to inspire and groom our future professionals.
Ms. Archana Nanduri, a Psychologist articulated the topic ‘Let’s change the lens: Changing your perspective changes your experience’.
Dr. Sowmya, Asst Prof, EFLU, Lucknow, highlighted ‘Being a winner: Emotion and Mindfulness in Professional life’.
Mr. Gampa Nageshwar Rao, Motivational Speaker offered tips on working on ‘Self Confidence’.
Ms. Sarada, Motivational Speaker and Program Manager, Qualcomm India Pvt Ltd apprised on ‘Grooming Professionals’.
Dr. Sairam, Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer Urban Kisan laid importance on ‘Personality Management’.
