Biography
Dr. M. Rajendra Prasad is a versatile academician with extensive experience of 23 years in teaching and research. He has been serving at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) for the last 18 years. He has also held various administrative positions, including Controller of Examinations and Head of the Humanities and Sciences Department. Prior to his academic career, he worked as a Lead Engineer in the embedded telecom domain for five years at HCL Technologies, Noida. He is currently serving as Professor and Head of the Department of ECE at VJIT.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad has authored more than 50 research and technical papers in Scopus/SCI indexed journals and international conferences. He has also contributed to research in Outcome-Based Education by presenting and publishing papers in this area.

Dr. Rajendra Prasad is a distinguished member of the professional engineering community. He holds memberships in reputed organizations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE).
Education
Dr. Rajendra Prasad obtained his Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Sri Krishnadevaraya University. He pursued his Master of Engineering (M.E) in Digital System Design from Osmania University. He was later awarded a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Internet of Things (IoT) from Osmania University.
