The Department of Humanities & Sciences, Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, successfully organized a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for First Year students on 18th April 2026. The meeting served as an effective platform for interaction between faculty members and parents regarding the academic progress, attendance, discipline, and overall development of the students.

Around 300 parents visited the college and actively interacted with faculty members to discuss their ward’s performance, strengths, learning progress, and areas that require improvement. The faculty provided valuable feedback and guidance to help students enhance their academic performance and personal development.

The meeting also offered parents insights into curriculum updates, internship opportunities, skill development initiatives, and future career prospects, ensuring that they remain well-informed about their child’s educational journey and growth at the institution.

The PTM fostered a collaborative and supportive environment between parents and faculty, encouraging active parental involvement in students’ academic and professional development. The event concluded successfully with positive feedback from parents and faculty members, contributing toward the overall success and well-being of the students.
