To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the patriotic song Vande Mataram, composed by Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, the NCC cadets organized a vibrant and patriotic cultural program on 6 December 2025. The event was conducted with great enthusiasm to honor the historic importance of Vande Mataram, which played a significant role in inspiring the people of India during the freedom struggle. The celebration aimed to instill a strong sense of patriotism, unity, and national pride among the students.

The program began with a brief introduction highlighting the historical significance of Vande Mataram. Cadets delivered inspiring speeches explaining how the song became a powerful symbol of resistance and motivation for freedom fighters during the Indian independence movement. The speakers emphasized the message of unity, dedication, and love for the motherland conveyed through the song.

As part of the cultural segment, students presented a graceful classical dance performance depicting the spirit of Mother India and the emotions associated with the patriotic song.
