Teacher’s day was celebrated at VJIT on 5th September 2014 with reverence to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, the store house of knowledge of wisdom. Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s portrait was honoured with a garland. Jyothi Prajwalana by Director & Principal.
Three senior faculty namely N.L.V. Prasada Rao, EEE, Dr. R. Ramakrishna, H&S, Mr. J. Ramesh Babu, PD H&S were felicitated in the presence of Director, Principal, Heads of the Dept. and Teaching faculty, for their relentless contribution towards the multi dimensional growth of the Institution. They were felicitated with a shawl and were presented a citation.
The three felicitated faculty in their speech shared their best experiences and thanked the management for choosing them. Dr. P. Venugopal Reddy, Director and Dr. A. Padmaja, Principal in their speech appreciated the three faculties for their sincerity, dedication and commitment and also highlighted that Dr. Radhakrishnan believed “Teachers should be the best minds in the country”.
