Dr. P. Chakradhar is an accomplished lecturer and researcher with a unique combination of industry and academic experience. With 3 years of professional experience as a Regional Manager at ICICI Securities Limited, Tirupati Division, and over 15 years of dedicated teaching service, he currently holds the position of Head of the Department (HOD) and Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (Autonomous) since December 9, 2009. He holds an MBA degree from Sri Venkateswara University (2006) and earned his PhD from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapuramu (2015), with his doctoral research focusing on “Marketing of Health Services in Cardiac Care at Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.”

Throughout his academic career, Dr. Chakradhar has demonstrated a strong commitment to research and mentorship, supervising over 50 research dissertations for the MBA program. His research output includes 19 publications in international and national journals, 7 conference publications, and 2 book chapter contributions. His teaching expertise spans a wide range of subjects, including Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, and Supply Chain Management.

In addition to his teaching and research activities, Dr. Chakradhar is an active participant in professional development, having attended 18 workshops and seminars while organizing 15. Despite his extensive contributions, he continues to pursue academic excellence and innovation. With a professional membership in a recognized body and a wealth of experience in both academia and industry, Dr. Chakradhar remains dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering the growth of future management professionals.
