The Department of Management Studies organized a guest lecture on A-Z Insights for future managers on 15/11/2025. The aim of the session was to help students understand the important skills and qualities needed to become successful managers in the future.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. M. Anil Ramesh, who explained each alphabet from A to Z with a meaningful managerial quality, such as adaptability, behavior, and many others. He explained every point in a simple and clear way with real-life examples, making it easy for students to understand.
The session also highlighted the importance of teamwork, team management, leadership, creativity, confidence, and staying updated with new skills. Students found the session very practical, interesting, and useful for their future roles as managers.
