The Department of Management Studies, Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, organised a one-day workshop titled “Speak Your Mind – Shape Your Future” on 30th September 2026 at 10:00 AM in the E-Block Seminar Hall.
The workshop featured two distinguished speakers. Mr. Pradeep Kondiparthi, Actor and Motivational Speaker, conducted Session I, while Mrs. P. Sreedevi, Entrepreneur and founder of Kalagura Gampa, addressed the participants in Session II.
The programme aimed to encourage students to express their thoughts confidently, improve their communication skills, develop self-confidence and explore their personal and professional potential. The sessions provided students with an opportunity to gain insights from the speakers’ experiences in their respective fields.
The workshop emphasised the importance of effective self-expression, confidence, motivation and a positive outlook in shaping students’ future careers. The interaction with the speakers also offered valuable inspiration for students to recognise their strengths and work towards their goals.
The programme was organised successfully by the Department of Management Studies and served as a meaningful learning experience for the students, supporting their overall personality development and professional growth.
