The IEEE Student Branch at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT), Hyderabad, successfully organized the Inauguration Ceremony of the IEEE Student Branch Chapters – IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (APS), IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES), and IEEE Signal Processing Society (SPS) on 7th February 2026.

  • IEEE Computer Society (CS) – Department of CSE
  • IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology (SSIT) – Department of CSE
  • IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) – Department of EEE

The Student Branch also announced that the proposal for the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Student Branch Chapter has been submitted and is currently under approval.
