J-HUB Hackathon

VJIT has hosted ‘The J-Hub Hackathon – 2020, from 31st January to 1st February 2020 with 188 participants from nine engineering Colleges across Hyderabad. The participant teams were from Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Technology, BVRIT College of Engineering for Women, Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science for Women, Anurag Group of Institutions, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology, Scient Institute of Technology, St. Mary’s Group of Institutions, MVSR.  The Event was organized under the guidance of Dr. Vijay Kumar, CSE HOD and Professor B. Srinivasulu, IT HOD.

Mr. V. Ravi, Product Manager, Tech Mahindra, the Chief Guest of the occasion explained the importance of communication skills in the industry. He also quoted the advantages of conducting as well as participating in Hackathons for both, the colleges and the students with its impact on the implementation of technical skills in Engineering Education. He further added the major challenges like quality of engineering education, effective implementation of outcome-based education and technology disruption. 

The Valedictory session had dignitaries, Mr. Sri Charan, Head of Operations at Edukinect and Mr. Kalyan .K, Founder & CEO of EduTech Innovations, Dr. A. Padmaja, Principal VJIT, Dr. Venugopal Reddy, Director VJIT addressing the students.

VJIT is just a average clg. Its neither bad nor good thats how i felt when i studied, factuality is good, supportive bit management isn't.
