Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp

A Three day Workshop on Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp (EAC) was organized by Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) from 03.10.19 to 05.10.19 for final year engineering degree students under DST-NIMAT 2019-20 Sponsored by NSTEDB, New Delhi and EDII, Ahmedabad. Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp was inaugurated by Mr. Lokesh Nathany, Founder, DiSRUPPt Thinking and the entire session was presided by Dr. A. Padmaja, Principal, VJIT, coordinated by Dr. M. Vadivel, EDC coordinator and all Department EDC coordinators. Mr. Lokesh Nathany, Founder, DiSRUPPt Thinking delivered lecture on Camp Objective, Entrepreneurship, Personality characteristic and traits of an Entrepreneur. K. C. Choudhury, Asst. Director, MSME explained about various Govt. Schemes of Assistance and policy for Setting-up Small Business Venture and Support and financial assistance from Govt. agencies, banks, financial institutions, SFCs etc. Dr. Nandita Sethi, Founder & Managing Director, Zen SkillProc Pvt. Ltd delivered lecture on Experiences of Successful Entrepreneurs. Dr. V. Vishnu Vandana, Anurag Group of Institutions and Mrs. P. Suneela Bharathi, Mrs. K. Kavitha, Mrs. J.Sreedevi & Dr. P. Chakradhar from VJIT delivered lecture on different topics on Entrepreneurship. The well experienced and motivational speakers were from various organization and Institutions who shared their ideas, views and knowledge with the enthusiastic students. Finally discussion was done with participants for their reactions about the three days entrepreneurship awareness camp including factory visit.
