A Webinar for the Second & Third Year students on “Motivation Towards Success” was organized on 8th May 2021. Mr. Santhosh Netha Kairamkonda, IPoS, Senior Superintendent of Post Office, Secunderabad has given an elaborate, motivating and interesting session on the journey towards success. He has covered various topics like, Goals based on values and skills, How to achieve a meaningful life goal, How to fight your fears and negative thoughts, How to organize and prioritize your life, Sense of meaning in life.
He further maintained that Motivation is important for students because it helps them gain valued results like personal growth, better well-being, enhanced performance, or a sense of confidence. Motivation is a road to improve the way of feeling, thinking, and behaving. Motivation is a force to push closer toward dream, thus students were given self-motivation skills to make themselves capable of taking control of different aspects of life.
