Indian cities are a home to one of the largest street dog populations on earth with about 62 million street dogs. These stray dogs are often subjected to violence accidentally and intentionally. Significant number of animals get injured daily by getting hit by vehicles in the dark.

Hence, we put on reflective collars to the street dogs whose reflective tapes shine brighty when the vehicle’s headlight falls on it, This alerts the driver to the dog’s presence in low-light conditions and reduces the risk of an accident.

TOTAL BUDGET : Rs.13,000

NUMBER OF DOGS IMPACTED : 100
