Event Theme: Basics of Preparing a Job Notification

Event Overview:
The HR Club of the Department of Management Studies, Synergy, organized an engaging and informative activity titled “Job Notification Designing and Presentation” on 10th April 2025. The objective of the event was to provide students with a practical understanding of how job notifications are crafted and the key elements involved in drafting an effective job post.
The session began with a brief introduction by the faculty coordinator, Ms. K. Kavitha, who explained the end-to-end process of job notification development as it occurs in real-world HR operations. Students were then divided into teams and instructed to select a job role from a sector of their interest, and design a detailed job notification accordingly.
Student Participation:
A total of 7 teams participated in the event, each presenting a unique and well-structured job notification. The activity allowed students to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios, enhancing their understanding of recruitment communication and role-specific requirements.

- Social Media Manager – Bright Wave Media

- Customer Service Executive

Their job notifications were recognized for clarity, completeness, creativity, and professional formatting.
Outcome:
The event successfully achieved its goal of introducing students to job notification design, a fundamental skill for aspiring HR professionals. It encouraged team collaboration, industry research, and the practical application of HR principles.
The Department congratulates all the participants and winners for their enthusiastic involvement and extends appreciation to the event coordinator and faculty for making the event a success.
