Haritha Haram is a large-scale Tree-Planting Program implemented by the Government of Telangana to increase the amount of tree cover in the state. VJIT has been ever supportive to the noble cause the VJIT NSS has taken the lead steadfastly ever since it was initiated and have been Planting Saplings every year. This year on 17th February 2021 VJIT has planted 30 new saplings in the VJIT Premises. Dr E. Saibaba Reddy, Director, Dr A. Padmaja, Principal, Senior AO Mr. Venkata Chalam and the HODs have taken part in the sapling planting initiative.
