Guest Lecture on Gender Sensitization

The Department of ECE has organized a Workshop on “Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace – Acts and Rules” on 9th February, 2019. The Workshop Emphasized on Gender Biases and related issues. The Resource person was Dr.Vishnu Vandana, Assoc. Professor, Anurag Group of Institutions. The workshop was conducted to create an awareness among the students, staff and faculty members regarding the consequences of sexual harassment of women at workplace, the Acts & Rules to protect women, the speaker also focused on the procedure to be adopted for filing a complaint against the harassers and legal consequences of the complaints if lodged.
