The Department of Management Studies at Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology (VJIT) successfully conducted an insightful Guest Lecture on “Aspiring Leadership” on 28th June 2025. The session was led by Dr. M.A. Rasheed, Chief Human Resources Officer at Organo Eco Habitats Ltd., Hyderabad.

Dr. Rasheed, who brings over 28 years of rich experience in the Human Resources domain, has served in leadership roles across esteemed organizations including GMR Group, Lanco, Sureka Group, and Aarvee Associates & Engineers, where he held the position of Vice President – HR.

During the session, Dr. Rasheed addressed several key areas relevant to aspiring leaders and management professionals, including:

  • Identifying individual strengths
  • Overcoming personal and professional fears
  • Goal setting and strategic planning
  • Interview preparedness and asking impactful questions
  • The importance of profile building and communication skills for career success

The session was highly interactive and engaging, drawing participation from 86 MBA I Year students, who actively took part in discussions and posed thoughtful questions, particularly around interview techniques and career development.

The overall feedback from students was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing that the session was highly informative, motivational, and practically helpful in shaping their professional outlook.

VJIT is just a average clg. Its neither bad nor good thats how i felt when i studied, factuality is good, supportive bit management isn't.
