Task summary :
The Executive Board organized a highly successful fundraiser for the festival by selling eco-friendly Ganesh idols. This initiative not only aimed to raise funds but also promoted environmental sustainability. We extended our outreach by distributing idols to our college faculty, promoting a sense of community involvement. Additionally, We distributed idols to needy individuals in a local slum, which helped create smiles on the faces of those who couldn’t afford them, allowing them to experience the joy of the festival. As a remarkable gesture of community engagement, we distributed eco-friendly Ganesh idols to local police officials, an act that garnered attention and was featured in a news article. The event was a resounding success, highlighting the positive impact of our fundraiser.
