In celebration of resilience, purpose, and ethical success, the Women Empowerment Cell of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, in collaboration with the NGO Street Cause VJIT, organized an inspiring Cycle Rally on March 10, 2018. Centered around the theme “Be a Winner”, the event emphasized that while winning is important, achieving success with integrity and for the right reasons holds even greater value.
This motivational rally was specially designed for the aspiring “Women Wannabe Professionals”, aiming to ignite confidence, self-discipline, and clarity of purpose among the participants. Covering the route from VIF College to Chilkur, the rally wasn’t just a physical journey—it was a transformative experience for many.
As the participants pedaled their way forward, they symbolically journeyed through the core values that shape a truly empowered individual: perseverance, ethics, resilience, and self-belief. The rally offered an opportunity for the students to reflect on what it means to win—not just in competitive settings, but in life itself, through mindful choices and ethical actions.
The event served as both an induction and motivation program, setting a strong foundation for the participants’ professional and personal journeys ahead. It reinforced the belief that women can become powerful agents of change when they are determined, focused, and supported by the right platforms.
