Dr. P. Nageswara Rao, a dynamic academician and administrator with 29 years of experience in higher education. His leadership journey includes 10 years as Head of Department, 6 years as Principal, and 6 years as Dean (IQAC). Dr. Rao holds a Ph.D. in Microwave Communications from NIT Warangal, his expertise spans Microstrip Antennas, Electromagnetic Numerical Modeling, and Reconfigurable Antennas.

Dr. Rao has successfully led institutions through NBA Tier-I, NAAC, and NIRF accreditation, securing over Rs. 3.5 million in research grants. He has guided three Ph.D. scholars and published 25 journal papers in SCIE and Scopus-indexed journals, with seven patents in advanced antenna design and wireless communication.
