A Talk on Challenges

Shri M.S.R. Murthy, Senior Delivery Manager, TCS has been invited to deliver a talk on “Challenges and Opportunities for Engineering Students” on 18 December, 2013

The lecture was attended by first year B. Tech students and the lecture was very much beneficial to the students. The inputs and the insight he imparted to the students were impeccable.

He stressed predominantly on practical approach and advised them to align and regroup their thoughts in solving various complex impediments by applying logic and advised to come up with an engineering solution.

He enlightened and focused on prospective opportunities to be waiting in the wings to grab with both hands. He even stressed that there are an array of opportunities in public, private and entrepreneurship and it is only how one looks at it and creates avenues to march ahead in the life.

To attain success one need to have inclination, passion perseverance and dedication. During his two hour lecture he interacted with the students and asked them to look at any problem with an engineering perspective.

The lecture was more of an interactive session in the form of question answers where a number of students from different branches actively participated. College Management believes lectures of this kind will immensely help students.
