The Civil Engineering Department of Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology organized an Industrial Visit to the RMC plant as a part of the Internship on Sustainable Materials & Computations in Civil Engineering on 9th May 2024. The objective of the visit is to provide awareness among the students about the Current scenario of innovations in Sustainable Concrete Technology. The students got to learn about various tests performed on site and their uses. They also learned the entire functioning of the plant and in what proportion do we need to add the material to get the desired Mix. Students Explored the M25 Concrete Mix Design and also Casted Cubes under the Guidance of the Ultra-Tech Team, The event ended with Snacks and a Thanksgiving deliberation.
